This article outlines the steps to search for and download call records in Amazon Connect using the Contact Search feature under Analytics and Optimization.
Open your browser and navigate to your Amazon Connect URL.https://candc-alexa.my.connect.aws/
Enter your login credentials.
Click Sign In to access the dashboard.
In the left-hand menu, go to Analytics and Optimization.
Click on Contact Search to open the search interface.
Use the filter panel to refine your search:
Time Range – Select the desired date and time span.
Agents – Choose specific agents involved in the contact.
Customer Phone Number – Enter the customer's phone number for targeted results, phone number can be fetch from ERP
You may also apply additional filters like queue name, contact ID, or channel type as needed.
Click Search to view the filtered contact list.
Once the contact list appears, review the results.
Click the Download icon (usually located above or within the contact list).
The file will be saved to your local system.
